Description:

Join us on July 16, 2025 at 2pm Eastern for an engaging webinar as Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. shares the inspiring evolution of its Data Governance Journey—launched nearly four years ago to lay the groundwork for a data-driven organization. From establishing data as a corporate asset to making it Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR), Regeneron’s journey began by tackling a key challenge: understanding what data exists, where it resides, and how to access it. Through the implementation of a Data Catalog, the organization not only addressed this pain point but also fostered awareness around critical roles such as Data Owners and Data Stewards. A Data Literacy program further empowered employees to communicate effectively with data, break down silos, and foster a collaborative, data-informed culture.

This webinar takes a deep dive into one of the core building blocks of that journey—Data Quality Governance (DQG). Discover Regeneron’s robust four-phase DQG framework (Define, Analyze, Fix, Sustain) and learn how roles, tools, and processes come together to ensure data quality across the enterprise. Real-world use cases will showcase the tangible impact of data quality on business operations and compliance. You’ll also explore strategies for continuous improvement and the role of shared services in supporting enterprise-wide data quality initiatives. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain strategic insights and actionable takeaways for your own data governance efforts.
